"Beiträge zur westfälischen Familienforschung"

The genealogical society "Westfälische Gesellschaft für Genealogie und Familienforschung" sponsors the publication of genealogical essays and research results in connection with Westfalia. There is usually one volume per year. Each volume can contain several essays. Sometimes the amount of material is so extensive that it takes several volumes in consecutive years as is the case with the recurring theme of emigration. An example of this is to be found in Vol. 22 - 24 for the years 1964 - 1966: "Westfälische Auswanderer". The Vol.# refers to the main series "Beiträge zur westfälischen Familienforschung" and not to the sub-series "Emigration".

The society has its own webspace now as Westfalengen and there you will find a list of available titles.
